Map for Game of Thrones, la app que todo buen seguidor de la serie necesita

Últimamente no paramos con Juego de Tronos, y es que en motivo del estreno de su sexta temporada, hemos sacado un pack de fondos de pantalla y toda una personalización entera para tu Android al estilo de la serie estadounidense.

Hoy pero, venimos con una nueva aplicación que será una maravilla para sus auténticos fans: todo el mapa de la serie en el bolsillo de tu pantalón. En efecto, “Map for Game of Thrones” es una reciente aplicación que nos permitirá seguir al detalle la serie sabiendo en cualquier momento dónde estamos.

Juego de Tronos ha sido una serie extremadamente “liosa” en cuanto a nombres y localizaciones, y es que entre las distintas familias y localizaciones de oriente y occidente de Los Siete Reinos, al final no sabemos ni donde estamos ni de quién estamos hablando.

En consecuencia, la empresa miniMapps ha creado Map for Game of Thrones, una aplicación para Android gratuita que nos muestra el mapa completo de la serie inspirada en las novelas de George R. R. Martin. Este incluye todas las zonas geográficas que se han podido deducir entre los libros y la serie.

Maps for Game of Thrones va mucho más allá, y es que seremos capaces de recorrer todo el mapa mediante personajes o familias, es decir, seguir el recorrido de un personaje desde su primera aparición hasta su sexta temporada.

De la misma forma, podremos descubrir los lugares de Los Siete Reinos episodio en episodio, de manera que con un simple vistazo sabremos donde ha ocurrido toda la acción de un episodio en el mapa. Por supuesto, la aplicación nos da una descripción detallada de cada ciudad, pueblo, castillo, fortaleza o localización en sí que conocemos gracias a la serie.

Además de ser un mapamundi de Juego de Tronos, nos muestra información súper completa sobre cada personaje principal, secundario y hasta personajes que ya ni recordabas, como su biografía, su historia a lo largo de cada temporada y sus citas más célebres.

Actualmente la puedes encontrar en la tienda de Google de forma gratuita, pero dispone de una versión pro por aproximadamente un euro sin anuncios. Recuerda que Juego de Tronos también tiene su propio juego para Android basada en la serie de televisión.

Galaxy C5 leaks in pictures for first time, shows off metal body

Remember the Samsung SM-C5000 (allegedly the Galaxy C5), which has got its specs leaked at-least a couple of times so far? Well, the device has now leaked in live photos, making it the first image leak of the handset.

The leaked images clearly show a metallic body, something which is in line with some of the rumors we’ve heard so far.

To recap, the Galaxy C5 is going to be powered by a Snapdragon 617 SoC with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 405 GPU, and sport a 5.2-inch display. RAM will be set at 4GB, and the device will run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out-of-the-box.

The strongest rumor comes from a retailer leak that indicated the series would be returning to its roots and then rewinding a little bit, taking us to the trenches of WW1. It’s an insane idea from some perspectives –nobody wants to play a game where you sit in a trench in constant fear for months on end and then die from mustard gas — but it’s not impossible to imagine how a game like this might work. Done right, it could take the sometimes unfocused, fast-paced gameplay of recent Battlefields and turn it into a much more methodical, strategic affair, where charging a machine gun comes with the weight of consequence you’d expect. Also, early tanks and fighter aces.
