Slated for May 17 unveiling, next-gen Moto G phones will be exclusive to Amazon in India

It’s already all but official that Motorola will unveil the next-gen Moto G phones – the Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus – at an event set for May 17 in India. And now, the company has confirmed that the device will be exclusive to Amazon in the country.

“Amazon.in is the one of the best online marketplaces in India and we are glad to announce that we have exclusively partnered with Amazon India for our next Motorola smartphone,” said Amit Boni, Country Head, Motorola Mobility India.

Galaxy Note 6 tipped for August launch in US

The successor to Samsung’s Galaxy Note5 smartphone has been the subject of several leaks and rumors for the past few months now. However, what we didn’t hear so far is the possible launch time-frame for the device.

Well, that changes now, as the usually reliable leakster @evleaks has revealed an August launch for the Galaxy Note 6 in the United States. In fact, he pin points the week of August 15.
