Why is minecraft community still using adf.ly?

That website is cancer. Literally spreading viruses, I just got sent to a website that made my browser fullscreen to prevent closing the tab and kept saying to install this "extension". I bet plenty of kids actually press it and get their computers fucked up or scammed.

[Suggestion] Revolution for mapmakers via /r/Minecraft

[Suggestion] Revolution for mapmakers

Since the 1.13 update for Java edition is a technical update I think it's the perfect time for my suggestion: A generic item. It can execute functions that are specified in the NBT data of the item. A little bit like the Recipe Book. For example on right clicking it or clicking on an entity/block. With this item, it is possible to have near infinite textures/models for one item. This can be solved via the item overrides in the model JSON file. This idea isn't very hard to realize. It took me about an hour to develop a Forge mod that does exactly that: http://ift.tt/2tIXuF5
