I’ve written about the NVIDIA SHIELD Android TV device  couple of occasions. For the uninitiated, it is NVIDIA’s Tegra X1 powered set top box and gaming device that was the first to be Netflix 4K certified. Its high performance and excellent software and slick design language all work well together to produce, what I believe, is the premiere media streaming device available today. On top of its excellent multimedia chops, the SHIELD TV is also able to stream AAA games from NVIDIA’s GeForce Now service or from a GeForce GTX-equipped PC on the same network. All told, the SHIELD is a powerful, highly-capable device.
