Hey people of r/minecraft! I'm trying to figure out how I would get a horse on top of the nether roof.

hello my friends!

My name is Dzari and I am a brand new content creator. I have started a series I am calling The 5 Kingdoms. Its based upon a story I made up to explain the creation of the minecraft universe. Basic jist is enderman are humans transformed by the power of the void until one human resisted and escaped with his band of followers. The portal they used to escape opened up in 4 different locations in the overworld and they were seperated and they each created their own civilization (the 5th is in the nether).

Now, why do i need your beautiful minds? Well, im creating this kingdom and I want all of the buildings to have a purpose. Some are obviously going to be for residents but what kind of shops/monuments/structures/ect.. should I build in my kingdom?
