Why we don’t have useful cauldrons like in MCPE or Win 10 edition? via /r/Minecraft

Why we don’t have useful cauldrons like in MCPE or Win 10 edition?

Why we don't have more uses for cauldron, like Pocket Edition and Win 10 editions?

As the wiki says:
* Water color can be changed by adding dyes.
* Colors can be mixed.
* Can be used to dye items (like leather armor).
* Water bottles can be used to refill water.
* Can store potions.
* Will make an explosion sound (not a real explosion) if potions are mixed, and the potions will disappear.
* Potions inside cauldron creates potion particles.
* Potion in cauldron can be used to make a tipped arrow.

Why not have those features in the next update?

Totems of undying should have different effects for how you died. via /r/Minecraft

Totems of undying should have different effects for how you died.

Fall damage – Normal Totem of Undying

Lava/Fire – Fire Resistance for 10 seconds?

Attacked/Enemy Damage – Maybe a better potion of Regen? (I'd say keep it normal)

Drowning – Water breathing

This would make Totems of undying actually worth having.

Reddit suggestions

Insane96MCP – Void -> Strong levitation effect for a couple of seconds (like to begin able to use ender pearls)
