Another snapshotless week?
I know there is still tmrw, and I'm certainly not complaining or asking the devs to rush anything, but do you think that we will go without a snapshot again? If so it really makes me question why they released the first snapshot so soon. Sure I'm happy to have new features to play with as soon as I can possibly get them, but from a developmental standpoint why release the first two snapshots sooo far apart?

Apocalyptic Customized World Preset
An interesting and fairly difficult preset I made that resembles an apocalyptic wasteland.
The entire world is exclusively composed of a Mesa biome, dirt only spawns underground or near river beds. Water pools have been disabled, so your only hope for water is finding a small pool along one of the river beds. Trees are somewhat common, but again only spawn in riverbeds. Ore generation has been reduced substantially, and caves and ravines have both been disabled. So your best bet is to scavenge resources from generated structures.
Speaking of which, the surface level has also been set very low, so that mine-shafts can spawn on the surface, as sort of ruined building foundations. Dungeons are also set to be very frequent, but since caves and ravines are disabled, they are almost guaranteed to spawn in mine-shafts or strongholds. Additionally, because of the lowered surface, slimes spawn in abundance. I just imagine them as the mutated remains of whatever life was here before the apocalypse. Also, since caves and ravines are disabled, monsters spawn exclusively on the surface, making nighttime much more dangerous.
