Facebook may be forced to disclose internal documents related to its 2010 tax filing after the federal government requested a court order from a judge on Wednesday. The order, filed by lawyers for the Department of Justice, comes on the heels of a series of summonses issued by the IRS seeking information from Facebook.

The idea behind the collaboration is to combine the Atari brand with ROAM’s stylish, high-quality earphones to create co-branded mobile audio products. The new line of gaming headphones and earphones will serve as a platform to bring ROAM’s personalized audio to listeners. As part of the deal, Atari has become a shareholder in ROAM. This isn’t the first co-branding move in the headphone market as Marshall Amplification has licensed its iconic brand to a headphone manufacturer to leverage brand recognition and apply it to the burgeoning headphone market.
