Where’s the love for the latter half of the rainbow? via /r/Minecraft

Where’s the love for the latter half of the rainbow?

In Minecraft, we have a lot of nice blocks, there's no denying that. But something I've noticed is that Minecraft block colors tend to lean towards the warmer, "cozier" reds, yellows, oranges, and browns, as well as grayscale colors.

Just look at the blocks added in 1.9 and 1.10: we got magma, nether wart, and red nether brick: all noisy red blocks. We got End Bricks and Bone blocks, which are both light yellow-tinted blocks. We did get the new Purpur blocks, which are very desaturated purples, which is nice.

But look: There are no indigo/deep blue building blocks! We have blue wool and lapis, a decorative and a storage block, respectively.

But look: There aren't any magenta/hot pink building blocks

But look: There are two pure green building blocks, both of which are hardened clay!

But look: The only purple blocks are extremely light and desaturated or ridiculously dark (unless you count Blue Stained Clay)!

I think I've gotten my point across. I might make a suggestions post once I have a good idea for what materials could be these colors, but for now it's just a rant.

This Startup Is Turning Luxury Sleepwear Into The Next Big Trend In Performance Apparel

By 2020, athletic apparel is projected to be a $66 billion industry. With more high profile celebrities stepping in to spotlight and championing active wear, as witnessed with Kanye West expanding his collaboration with Adidas and Beyoncé introducing her Ivy Park line, the segment has transcended the fitness world and seamlessly evolved into a global fashion trend.
Nike is reportedly expected to generate upward of $2 billion in sales from womenswear by 2017 , attributing its scale to a higher demand for items such as sports bras, tights and training shoes. With an estimated worth of $500 million in 2014, Under Armour has also experienced tremendous growth in the category. Despite being home to several high-profile male athletes such as Steph Curry and Cam Newton, Under Armour’s womenswear is catching up and  could potentially surpass the escalating success of its menswear, which has traditionally more than doubled in worth.

OpenMandriva Lx 3.0 ya tiene su release candidate

openmandriva 3.0 rc
