Samsung’s Unveils Batman-Themed S7 Edge ‘Injustice Edition’

Last year, Samsung released the Galaxy S6 edge Iron Man Limited Edition device in conjunction with the release of Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron film. This year Samsung decided to create a Batman themed version of the Galaxy S7 edge called Injustice Edition. Samsung partnered with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment for the S7 edge Injustice Edition to celebrate the third anniversary of the Injustice: Gods Among Us mobile video game featuring DC Comics characters such as Batman, Batgirl, Catwoman, Green Lantern, Harley Quinn, Joker, Lex Luthor, Superman and Wonder Woman.
The Galaxy S7 edge Injustice Edition has a Batman logo painted gold on the back. The home button and camera sensor also appear to have gold trims around them. The Injustice Edition package comes with a Samsung Gear VR, Batman wallpapers, a gold-colored Batarang, a phone case that resembles Batman’s armor, Injustice game credit and Oculus VR content vouchers. The Injustice Edition bundles will vary based on different markets and mobile operators. Injustice: Gods Among Us is a free download on Google Play, but there are in-app purchases within the game such as extra energy and additional weapons.

Six weeks with the Huawei P9

Intro

So, I am an iPhone guy, but most of the time I use an Android secondary phone. I was downgrading from iPhone 6s Plus to iPhone SE as I came to terms with the fact that big phones aren’t my thing when the Huawei P9 arrived for a review.

New devices of the week

The past week was jam-packed with new device announcements. Samsung’s even added a brand new Galaxy “C” family to its lineup.

The Korean giant kicked things off within its new metal lineup with the Galaxy C5 and shortly after, the Galaxy C7. Both can be considered mid-range offers and the only difference between the otherwise indistinguishable “C” pair is the size (5.2-inches and 5.7-inches), as well as a small processor upgrade.
