Earlier this week I wrote a piece suggesting readers to change their email passwords and, if they hadn’t, sign up for two-step verification for extra security. That was in response to a Reuters report that hackers have stolen the passwords to 273 million email accounts belonging to Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, and Russian internet service provider Mail.ru.
