Futuristic golf technology has arrived, in at least one way. It was just a few years ago that if you wanted detailed information about your swing, you’d have to go to a facility that was armed with a launch monitor — and pay a pretty penny. Now you can get outstanding data about your golf swing and playing tendencies right on your smartphone. But you need a device that transmits data from the golf clubs to your phone. And there are several products that have hit the market, bridging that gap.
Apple published its Q2 FY’16 earnings on Tuesday, posting a larger than expected decline in revenues and earnings, amid falling iPhone shipments (down 16% year-over-year), weak sales in greater China (down 26%), currency headwinds and a tough comparison with Q2 FY’15. The outlook for Q3 also remains lackluster, with the company guiding for declines in both sales and gross margins. Below we provide some of the key takeaways from the company’s earnings release and what they could mean for Apple going forward.
For over one hundred years, movies were shot on film, developed, printed, and released to theaters in film reels to be projected using film projectors. That process first took a turn in 2002.

The BlackBerry Priv has certainly seen its fair share of price cuts recently. First, the Canadian company itself permanently slashed $50 off the price of the contract-free device, bringing the recommended amount down to $649. Over at Newegg, the unlocked AT&T model of the Priv is currently being sold for $399.99. That’s $250 less than usual, so this is clearly one deal you need to take advantage of fast if you’re interested in BlackBerry’s first Android-running…
