The Division’s Big Incursion Patch Has A Bunch Of Problems

Any MMO is a war on two fronts. One is fought against virtual enemies, wandering through dangerous lands and swarming upon our valiant heroes. The other is fought against slightly more real ones: glitches snaking their way through updates and patches, reminding us that maintaining a virtual world over the course of months an years is no small feat. The Division appears to be running into the latter today. Ubisoft released a huge patch containing the “Falcon Lost” incursion yesterday, and it seems to have brought some technical problems with it.

Toyota And University Of Michigan To Expand World’s Largest Real-World V2X Communications Test

Since 2012, Ann Arbor, Mich. has been the site of the world’s largest real-world test of vehicle-to-external (V2X) communications through the Safety Pilot Model Deployment (SPMD) run by the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute (UMTRI). Toyota and UMTRI have just announced a significant expansion of that test program and opened it up to new participants.
