Android Marshmallow just can’t take a bite out of Kit Kat
Google’s Android Marshmallow update is now running on over 4.6 percent of devices worldwide, the company reports, up from the 2.3 percent point at which it sat during March. As those with a keen eye will already have noted, that means Android 6.0.x is now live on double the number of devices than last month.

Android Auto se expande hasta 18 nuevos países
Android Auto fue presentado por Google hace ya varios meses con el objetivo de llegar a la mayoría de mercados disponibles, y de esta forma, suponer una revolución en la forma que interactuamos con nuestro coche.
Por si aún no sabes en qué consiste Android Auto, se trata de un nuevo sistema incorporado en la pantalla de nuestro coche, que nos permitirá realizar acciones como si de una tablet Android se tratase, pero eso sí, con aplicaciones adaptadas al sistema que mejorarán nuestra experiencia a la hora de conducir, puedes conocerlo con más detalle en el artículo que le dedicamos el día de su presentación.
Lo cierto es que la expansión de este nuevo sistema no está siendo todo lo rápida que se podría esperar en un principio, pero sin duda Google está haciendo todo lo posible por llevar Android Auto a todos y cada uno de los rincones del planeta. Esta vez, gracias a un twit de la cuenta de Android oficial, podemos ver que este nuevo sistema ha desembarcado en 18 nuevos países. A continuación, puedes comprobar si tu país es uno de los elegidos.

Tal como podemos ver, los países elegidos para esta expansión, son Argentina, Austria, Bolivia, Brasil, Suiza, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, República Dominicana, Ecuador, Guatemala, India, Panamá, Perú, Paraguay, Rusia, Uruguay, Venezuela y Puerto Rico. Nos alegra ver que la mayoría de mercados seleccionados se tratan de los países latinoamericanos, por lo que nuestros seguidores del otro lado del charco, podrán disfrutar pronto de este nuevo sistema.
Cabe destacar que, como ya Google anunció hace un tiempo, en un principio no serán todos los fabricantes de automóvil los que incorporarán este sistema, sino que tan solo algunos de ellos, que podemos ver en la web oficial de Android Auto, serán los elegidos para acoger este sistema.
