Legislation moving through the state Senate would require 20% of miles traveled by rideshare vehicles to come from emission-free cars by 2023 and 50% by 2026. By 2030, all vehicles leased or owned Uber and Lyft would have to be, promising a serious charge to EV sales nationally.
