I tried playing vanilla after playing modded for the last 3 years
I've been using 1.2.5, 1.5.2, 1.6, and 1.7.10 modded for a LONG time, i just never saw a reason to go further. I started with Tekkit v3.
so a couple days ago i thought, "ill try vanilla again".. and wow… its actually pretty nice. things are simple, but you really need to develop personal goals to get any mileage out of it.
does anyone have any recommendations as to what i should build? im not even using optifine or invtweaks, just flat vanilla. thanks for any response!
