The miniature robot seems a marked departure from what the Japanese car manufacturer is most known for. It begs the questions: what exactly is the Kirobo Mini for, and why is Toyota building it?

[Suggestion] Endermites should burrow into Purpur blocks and eventually turn into Shulkers
All of a sudden Shulkers are a super valuable commodity because of their Shulker Shell drops, but since they only spawn in End Cities, they become rarer and rarer the more you collect them. This is especially the case for servers with players who have already scavenged through the End.
However if Endermites are able to burrow into Purpur blocks (like how Silverfish burrow into Stone) and then eventually turn into Shulkers, it would open up some new possibilities!
It adds a renewable way to farm shulker boxes (but you still need to actually go to the end so it's still an end game item.)
It adds a new use for Endermite (a currently useless mob), and Chorus fruit.
Unhatched Purpur blocks could rarely be hidden in End Cities. They probably wouldn't act like Silverfish and all pop out to attack the player, because their main goal is to stay in the block and hatch.
If the Purpur block with an endermite inside is broken before it transforms into a Shulker, it will just drop an Endermite without a Purpur block.
Personally I think it's cool to think that Endermite are just the larval stages of Shulkers.
I'd love to see how exactly an automated farm like this would be set up. The only way to get Endermite right now is by having them spawn from Ender pearls. It'd probably just involve spamming Ender pearls against a wall with a regeneration beacon.
The reason why I think Shulker Shells should be more accessible rather than beacons is because Shulker Boxes are needed in mass quantities. Besides just filling up your Ender chest with color coded Shulker boxes, end game players will want to incorporate them into different storage machines.
EDIT: Funny enough, it seems Endermite already try and burrow into blocks when the player isn't around (even though they're unable to) because they still have that code from Silverfish.

‘Arrow’ gets off to a strong start in its Season 5 premiere, but it made one very big mistake.

As you might recall, since I’ve written this daily note starting in January, I’ve focused on a few core themes.
