There have been reports since yesterday that Samsung was considering doing a global recall of its Galaxy Note 7 after multiple reported cases of the phone catching fire and exploding. Well, bad news, Note 7 owners — Samsung has made it official just now. It will indeed halt global sales of the Note 7 and recall all units already sold (reported 2.5 million).
