Real Connections in a Virtual World
Katrina Craigwell first fell in love with the digital ecosystem at her first full-time gig on the marketing and PR team at the Independent Film Channel (IFC). After spending a few years there, she landed at a social media agency—right around the time when that term was entering the marketing lexicon. At Attention PR, Craigwell began to really think about the ways companies could connect with customers, build advocacy, and tell their stories through digital. After a few years, she joined the global brand marketing team at GE Corporate in an original content role. Five years later, she’s now Global Director of Marketing Innovation at GE Digital.
