Nueva versión de ArchStrike disponible
Ya tenemos una nueva versión de ArchStirke, el sucesor del antiguo ArchAssault, una distribución de seguridad y penetración basada en Arch Linux
Los amantes de la seguridad y la penetración estáis de enhorabuena, ArchStrike, el Arch Linux del hacking ético tiene una nueva versión disponible para su descarga.
Este sistema operativo, conocido anteriormente como ArchAssault, ofrece un Arch Linux modificado, incluyendo más de 1200 herramientas destinadas al hacking ético, la seguridad y la penetración de sistemas operativos.
Este sistema operativo, el cual es de código abierto, nos permitirá tener todas las herramientas en una sola imagen ISO. Digamos que es como una especie de Kali Linux, pero con toda la estructura del sistema operativo Arch Linux.
Todo esto del hacking ético se ha puesto muy de moda últimamente. Definimos como hacking ético todo ataque realizado contra equipos informáticos, pero sin ningún fin malicioso. Un buen ejemplo de hacking ético sería atacar nuestra propia red, con el fin de detectar si existen fallos de seguridad en las mismas,los cuales luego podemos corregir y evitar que nos ataquen con fines maliciosos.
Obviamente, sistemas operativos como ArchStrike permiten también realizar hacking con fines maliciosos, ya que sus más de 1200 herramientas permiten atacar prácticamente cualquier cosa si se tienen suficientes conocimientos. ArchStrike sin duda es una buena distribución. Ahora la pregunta es si podrá destronar a otras distribuciones de similar índole como por ejemplo Kali Linux. Es una cosa que sólo el tiempo dirá, sin embargo, el equipo de Arch Strike seguirá trabajando para conseguir la mejor distribución posible y seguir mejorando.
