Es imposible pensar en Motorola y que no nos venga la palabra “actualizaciones” a la cabeza. Aunque la firma americana ha sido prácticamente engullida por Lenovo y sus terminales “Vibe”, Motorola tiene mucho futuro por delante. Aún así, tampoco se olvida de sus móviles con más exitosos. En este caso, hablamos del Motorola Moto E de segunda generación, el cual empieza a recibir Marshmallow de forma oficial.
El Moto E fue prácticamente el rey de la gama baja de 2014 y su segunda generación no fue menos, subiendo en las primeras posiciones de esta gama. Este Moto E de segunda generación salió en febrero de 2015 con Android 5.0 Lollipop, una pantalla de 4,5 pulgadas y una batería de 2390 mAh, pero sorprendió en gran medida por incorporar tecnología 4G. Tras especulaciones sobre el fin de la generación de móviles “Moto”, Motorola empieza su rumoreada horneada de nuevos terminales actualizando los antiguos, y su Moto E no es una excepción. Como siempre, Motorola cumple con sus promesas y actualizará su gama baja a la más alta versión de Android, mientras que firmas como Samsung apenas acaban de actualizar sus “topes de gama”.
El rumor esta vez nos viene desde Android Police, quienes han recibido información sobre un posible despliegue de Android 6.0 Marshmallow de manera oficial sobre los Motorola Moto G de India, iniciando así la marcha de Marshmallow por todo el mundo.
Para aquellos que piensen que una versión tan elevada de Android para un terminal Android es mala idea, no pueden andar más equivocados. Aunque solo sean rumores, si sumas la buena experiencia de Motorola con las actualizaciones más la perfecta autonomía de su batería con Marshmallow, tu Moto E parecerá otro.
Probablemente, esta actualización llegue por OTA en el transcurso del primer trimestre de 2016, aunque aún falta la confirmación oficial de Motorola. Esperemos que la actualización no se quede únicamente en Estados Unidos o en India, donde recibimos las primeras capturas de estos Moto E con Marshmallow.

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S7 and S7 edge have starred in a lot of leaks today, and now it’s finally time for LG’s G5 to shine too.
The next flagship smartphone from Samsung’s Korean competitor has been given the full leaked image treatment as you can see – it’s had both its front and its back exposed.
For the umpteenth time, the dual-camera setup on the rear is confirmed, along with the fingerprint sensor siting underneath that. The phone will also have laser autofocus and a dual-tone LED flash.
The volume buttons are on the side, and it looks like the fingerprint scanner doubles as a power button. The handset seems to have a metal build, but that’s not entirely certain at this point. The images don’t appear to be renders, rather live shots of an actual G5 unit, although it isn’t turned on.
The G5 will get official this Sunday in Barcelona at MWC, and it’s so far been rumored to sport a 5.6-inch QHD touchscreen, 4GB of RAM, as well as Android 6.0 Marshmallow on board. Qualcomm has already confirmed that the G5 will be powered by its Snapdragon 820…
