LG X max, X speed, X style, and X power all tipped to be coming later this year
In case you missed, LG announced a new ‘X’ series of smartphones yesterday, revealing that two devices from the series – the X cam and X screen – will be unveiled at the MWC next week. Now, the usually reliable leakster @evleaks has revealed the named of some of the other X series phones.

These members are the X max, X speed, X style, and X power. While no other details about these handsets were revealed, @evleaks did note that all of them are coming sometime later this year, although no specific time-frame was announced – our guess, around ‘X’-mas may be?

Samsung Galaxy S7 edge and LG G5 surface in live images, units for sale
You would have thought that buying the latest flagship smartphones before they’ve actually been announced is out of the question. Not so with the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7, S7 edge, and LG G5.
The three are available for purchase in Dubai, at least, on a site that lists classifieds. They are all brand new, in original packaging and with valid IMEI numbers.

The Galaxy S7 edge commands the highest price, at AED 4,500 (1,100/$1,225), significantly more than what is rumored to be the MSRP when it does launch. The regular S7 is AED 300 cheaper, which translates to about 1,025 ($1,140). Compared to those, the LG G5’s price of AED 2,500 (610/$680) sounds like lunch money.
Prices aside, the S7 edge’s retail box contents have been revealed. A charger and a USB cable are hardly exciting, and the separately packaged headset we’ve already seen before – it’s the same model as the one bundled with last year’s Samsung flagships. The last item is a bit puzzling as it’s most likely a USB OTG adapter, but why Samsung would include one in the bundle is beyond us.
It’s unclear what the G5’s standard equipment will be, but it’s perhaps the best look we’ve got so far of its back, where there’s a lot going on. It does have a Nexus 5X vibe about it (LG made that one too), only the circular lens of the 5X has been stretched to accommodate the G5’s dual camera setup.

The smartphones have all been imported from the US, the listings read, and are supposedly genuine, but we obviously have no way of verifying that. We’d generally wait for the official release before shelling out that amount of cash, but we can also appreciate the appeal of having that S7 edge a month ahead of everyone else.

LG anuncia el Stylus 2, un nuevo gama media para el MWC 2016
Aunque todos los ojos están puestos en el G5, la marca surcoreana LG tiene otros terminales preparados para el MWC de Barcelona que dará comienzo en tan solo unos días. Hoy, desde su web oficial de noticias, y tras haber lanzado la nueva familia de dispositivos LG X, nos presentan un nuevo dispositivo de gama media, el LG Stylus 2.
Este dispositivo, que será el sucesor del LG G4 Stylus presentado el pasado año como una variante del LG G4, contará con un stylus al igual que su antecesor, aunque según LG su precisión y funciones han sido mejoradas.
Este nuevo terminal de la firma surcoreana, contará con funciones parecidas a las que podemos encontrar en los modelos Note de Samsung, tales como la denominada Pen Pop, que nos mostrará un menú en pantalla cada vez que retiremos el lápiz óptico, además de otras herramientas como Pop Memo para tomar notas, o Pen Scanner. Entre las características del dispositivo nos encontramos las siguientes:

Como vemos, un dispositivo de gama media que sorprende por la inclusión de Android 6.0 Marshmallow en su interior,
también nos encontramos ante un teléfono muy ligero aún incluyendo marcos metálicos, gracias a sus 7,4 mm de grosor y sus 145 gramos de peso.
Desde este mismo comunicado también nos indican que se tratará de un terminal muy barato, por lo que podríamos estar ante un dispositivo muy interesante, aunque aún desconocemos el precio final y cuándo se lanzará al mercado este nuevo LG Stylus 2. Tendremos que esperar a que LG lo presente al público en el Mobile World Congress dentro de unos días.

Cómo crear una cuenta de Gmail
Volvemos con los tutoriales básicos Android que no son más que esos vídeo tutoriales orientados a los nuevos usuarios Android que, aunque parezca o nos creamos que cosas tan sencillas como crear una cuenta de Gmail es una cosa tan sencilla que todo el mundo debe saber y conocer, la verdad es que a diario me llegan mails de consulta de esos nuevos usuarios que no entienden o no saben cual es el proceso a seguir para crear una nueva cuenta de Gmail imprescindible para disfrutar de todos los servicios que nos ofrecen los terminales Android.
Por ejemplo, el tener una cuenta de Gmail es el requisito necesario e imprescindible que nos va a permitir el total acceso al Play Store o Google Play que no es otra cosa que la tienda oficial de aplicaciones para Android desde la cual vamos a poder descargar aplicaciones y juegos desde su extenso catálogo que ya sobrepasa con creces el millón de aplicaciones y juegos registrados. Así que ya sabes, si tienes problemas o n sabes como crear una nueva cuenta de Gmail, te aconsejo que cliques en “seguir leyendo este post” ya que te explico el sencillo proceso a seguir tanto desde nuestros terminales Android como desde nuestros ordenadores personales.
Cómo crear una cuenta de Gmail desde el ordenador personal
Para crear nuestra cuenta de Gmail, requisito imprescindible para disfrutar a tope de nuestros terminales Android, tenemos la opción de hacerlo desde nuestros ordenadores personales a través de cualquier navegador web. Por defecto en el vídeo tutorial adjunto yo lo he realizado desde el navegador web de Google que no es otro que Chrome o Google Chrome, aunque esto es indiferente y como os digo lo vais a poder realizar desde cualquier navegador web que deseéis.
El proceso a seguir es tan sencillo como clicar en este enlace para entrar en Gmail y rellenar los campos requeridos tal y como os explico en el vídeo adjunto que os dejo justo encima de estas lineas.
Al clicar en el citado enlace os debería aparecer una página tal y como esta en la que tendréis que clicar donde dice “Crear nueva cuenta”:
Al clicar en Crear nueva cuenta os aparecerá una pantalla tal y como está en la que tan solo deberéis rellenar todos los campos al y como os muestro en el vídeo. Unos campos que se limitan a:
- Nuestro nombre completo. Nombre y apellidos.
- Seleccionar nombre de usuario. Esto es lo que sería nuestra propia dirección de correo electrónico que tendría una extensión .gmail.com.
- Contraseña.
- Confirmar contraseña.
- Fecha de nacimiento.
- Número de móvil. Esto es opcional.
- Confirmar código captcha.
El campo que más problemas le suele dar a la gente es el campo de la confirmación captcha para que Google confirme que somos usuarios reales y no nos tratamos de máquina alguna. Si tenéis problemas con este campo, os recomiendo que veáis el vídeo tutorial adjunto que os he dejado más arriba donde os enseño las distintas maneras de poder reconocer el citado código captcha sin problemas.
