Windows 10 said to be powering over a million phones

Over a million phones are now running Windows 10 operating system. This was revealed by ZDNet’s Mary Jo Foley while speaking at the latest episode of the Windows Weekly podcast. Citing unconfirmed sources, she also revealed that the OS is powering around 180 million PCs and 18 million Xbox Ones.

This comes just days after Microsoft revealed that more than 200 million monthly active devices worldwide are now running Windows 10. The Redmond, Washington-based company, however, didn’t reveal the breakdown of devices.

Lenovo K4 Note already available for purchase in Saudi Arabia

Unveiled just a few days ago in India, the Lenovo K4 Note is set to go on sale in the country on January 19. However, turns out the device is already available for purchase in Saudi Arabia, where Jarir Bookstore has it listed on its website for SAR 899 (around $240).

Specs-wise, the handset is powered by a MediaTek MT6753 SoC with 64-bit octa-core CPU and Mali T720-MP3 GPU, and sports a 5.5-inch (1920×1080 pixel resolution) IPS display. RAM is 3GB, while internal memory is 16GB, although expandable. It packs in a 3,300mAh battery.

In terms of camera, the K4 Note features a 13MP rear unit and a 5MP front shooter. It runs Android 5.1 out-of-the-box, and also sports a fingerprint sensor on the back. The phone also includes a TheaterMax feature that lets you convert any multimedia content into 3D VR when used with a VR…
