Nexus 5X gets $50 price cut in US

The LG-made Google Nexus 5X smartphone has got a $50 price cut in the US. The price cut is applicable on both 16GB and 32GB variants of the device, which are now selling at around $329 and $379, respectively.

Aside from the Google Store, the discount – which is valid until December 30 – is also available at many third party retailers selling the smartphone, including Amazon, Best Buy, and B&H Photo.

This comes just a couple of weeks after the handset received a solid $80 price cut in the country, although that was for a much shorter period.

AT&T HTC One A9 receiving December security update

The AT&T variant of the HTC One A9 smartphone will start receiving its December security update today. In fact, according to the information shared by HTC’s Mo Versi on Twitter, the roll out should have already begun.

As mentioned by Versi in the tweet, aside from security fixes, the update also includes improvements to the camera. If you haven’t received the update notification yet, you can also manually check for it by heading to your phone’s settings.
