Organizational resilience can be defined as ‘staying power’ – the ability to maintain long-term growth by showing strategic adaptability, innovation, and an ability to weather the unexpected storms. But a global study of business leaders reveals that only one-third (29%) believe their firms have a culture that has embraced such an idea of ‘resilience.’ Shockingly, compared to their counterparts in North America and Asia-Pacific, European businesses appear to be far behind.
