This week, Apple hinted at a new payment system that would allow peer-to-peer transfer. This could be a game changer for payments in America, and far more innovative than Apple Pay.
While mobile money seems to be the future of ‘fintech’ and brick-and-mortar banks are quickly becoming relics (Bank of America announced this year that it will be shutting down more branches in 2016), is the finance sector finally becoming more democratic, inventive, and inclusive, perhaps even poised for radical change?

The US might want to take a lesson or two from emerging markets like India and Africa when it comes to defining a bank, and whizzing cash back and forth. Less than a week after an iFixit teardown for the iPad Pro revealed a USB 3.0 controller, Apple has confirmed that the tablet’s Lightning port is compatible with the new USB standard, something which the company didn’t advertise initially.
This means that the iPad Pro will support transfer speeds of up to 5Gbps, which is more than 10 times faster than the USB 2.0’s theoretical maximum of 480Mbps.
However, keep in mind that the cable the tablet ships with is a standard USB 2.0 one, which means you’ll have to purchase a separate USB 3.0 adapter to take advantage of the feature – sadly, such an adapter doesn’t exist…

Ever since the original OnePlus One, the Chinese OEM has been investing heftily in proper customer service. One prominent fruit of all the effort are the extended service plans that, much like Apple Care, offer some piece of mind that most accidents and damage to your beloved handset will be taken care of diligently in a certified service center.
Naturally, said programs were extended to cover the OnePlus 2 as well and have been available since November in Europe and India. Now the OEM is making good on its promise to extend the service even further and make it available for OnePlus X units in India.
The plans in question come courtesy of local partner B2X and can be carried out within any of the 59 OnePlus service center across India. Called On-Guard Plus on On-Guard and with price tags of INR 999 and INR 699, respectively, both build upon and compliment or extend the manufacturer’s one year default warranty. Este fin de semana hemos tenido la suerte de acudir a Deep Dungeon of Dooms para darnos cuenta que nos queda mucho por descubrir en este mundillo de RPGs desde un smartphone. Un videojuego que nos ofrece la diversión justa para querer seguir jugándolo y que no nos importe lo demás que concurre alrededor nuestra en forma de mundo físico. Esto es lo que seguramente que mejor logra este mencionado y que nos lleva directamente a otro buen RPG que está a punto de aparecer ante tu vista con Soda Dungeon.
Soda Dungeon es un especial RPG con toques de simulador, donde una de las premisas básicas es obtener el suficiente brebaje para tomar la decisión necesaria para enfrentarse a ese coloso en llamas que lanza fuego desde su garganta y que desde sus manos aparecen inmensas bolas de fuego que lanza a los pies para intentar convertir a cualquiera en chamusquina. Por lo que un poco de Soda Dungeon y se conseguirá el suficiente valor para intentar batir a todos esos enemigos que se encontrarán en este juego con un aspecto visual a lo retro que gusta tanto y que nos lleva por el camino del buen ocio y la gran diversión.
Si te crees que ibas a ser el héroe que blande su espada, irradia desde ella la luz mágica y poderosa de la sabiduría y destroza con un simple golpe de muñeca ese coloso en llamas como monstruo, estás muy equivocado. Ponemos un poco de música de esas de error y fracaso, te equivocas, y pasamos a convertirnos en el tabernero de esas postas donde los más valerosos guerreros se sientan para relajarse antes del combate y poder seguir encontrando esos tesoros en los más inhóspitos lugares.
Por lo que siendo un tabernero deberás de ofrecer la mejor soda posible de la comarca. Si tienes la mejor soda, los mejores guerreros vendrán a ti, y esto significa doblones de oro para seguir viviendo como un tabernero a final de cuentas.
Con esto sobre la mesa de la taberna, Soda Dungeon tiene parte de lo que es un buen simulador, y otra parte de lo que es un buen RPG. Esta mezcla nos gusta y por supuesto, que nos permitirá mejorar nuestra taberna y enviar guerreros a numerosas misiones. La moneda del juego nos ayudará a conseguir mejores estadísticas y armamento, e incluso podremos gastar dinero real a través de micropagos para acceder a ellas, pero no preocuparos valerosos guerreros, no hará tanta falta.
Con Soda Dungeon nos enfrentamos a un juego de esos especial que nos pone ante una temática tan importante para un RPG como son esas tabernas que se encuentran en los lugares más peligrosos y que aparecen ante nosotros como un lugar donde descansar o hallar, de repente, a ese Tyrion Lannister de Juego de Tronos en una de sus pasiones como es el buen vino, en este caso lo que sería una buena soda.
Un videojuego perfecto para esta época de frío donde calentarnos las manos con nuestro smartphone y esa forma ociosa de divertirnos con este juego que ofrece diversión a raudales. Sin ninguna duda una de las mejores apuestas que llegan en estos últimos meses.
Al más puro estilo de Kairosoft pero con unos gráficos pixelados, quizás más evolucionados, Soda Dungeon es un juego con el que te lo vas a pasar muy bien y que cumple en todos sus elementos técnicos. Quizás su gran nivel en general lo que podemos destacar de todo, pero lo dicho un gran videojuego.
