Motorola unveils the Moto G Turbo Edition with 5-inch display, 13MP camera and more

Motorola isn’t quite done announcing new devices, apparently. Recently, the company officially debuted another member of the Moto G lineup, but this one’s specifically meant for a single market, it seems.

With the new Moto G, dubbed the Turbo Edition, Motorola has actually improved some important specifications, including the display’s resolution and the processor under the hood. Now the 5-inch display boasts a resolution of 1920×1080, while inside the device is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor. It has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of built-in storage, with a microSD card slot to expand it when necessary.

On the back, the Moto G Turbo Edition features a 13-megapixel camera, while the front boasts a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The battery is measured in at 2470mAh and it features Motorola’s Turbo Power technology. It’s running a stock version of Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the gate.

As far as availability goes, the Moto G Turbo Edition is slated to arrive in Mexico soon, and Motorola wasn’t willing to say whether or not the device will be making an appearance in any other market. It’s priced to the equivalent of $283.

Ya que hemos estado comentando los mejores shooter multijugador online en lo que encontramos un gran denominador en común como son las armas de fuego, seguimos con esta racha, pero ahora lo que sería los puños y las patadas en unos cuantos juegos arcade de los buenos. Esos que nos retraen recuerdos a esas máquinas de recreativas que ahora tenemos la gran opción de disfrutarlas desde la palma de la mano desde nuestro teléfono Android.

Mortal Kombat es uno de los arcade de combate más reconocido de todos los tiempos. Nos trae a la memoria esos fatalities, que nos dejaban boquiabiertos, en esa forma de congelar un contrincante para luego explotarle en mil pedazos, u otros tantos, que no voy a entrar en detalle por lo escabroso de sus formas y final.

Mortal Kombat X es la evolución propia de este juego con mejores gráficos y un supuesto mejorado gameplay. Seleccionamos un héroe y le sacamos todo el provecho posible para ir eliminando todos los contrincantes que se nos pondrán por delante.

El juego es gratuito con los consiguientes micropagos al igual que sucede con otros videojuegos que siguen el mismo modelo. Tiene toda la calidad técnica de los mejores con unos gráficos bastante espectaculares para ser un juego para dispositivos móviles.

Un simulador de boxeo para los amantes de este deporte, ya que se distancia y mucho del anterior Mortal Kombat. Contiene un tutorial para ir aprendiendo los golpes más básicos y sigue las reglas de este deporte que tiene muchos fans en todo el mundo.

Gráficamente es espectacular con unas animaciones bien reales que te meten de golpe en el querer ser uno de los mejores púgiles del momento. Cuenta con un modo de carrera donde se puede personalizar al boxeador y una vez que esté lo suficientemente entrenado podrá entrar en combates online contra otros jugadores.

Importante que sepáis que es un juego que necesita muy buen procesador y una buena máquina para sacarle en todo su esplendor a través de esa pantalla QuadHD.

Aquí la cosa va de robots y esto queda bien claro ya solamente por el título del juego. Con unos muy buenos gráficos y esos robots que se enfrentarán para casi quedar en chatarra y unas cuentas tuercas, Real Steel World Robot Boxing es uno de los de lucha a tener en cuenta.

Aquí seremos un robot y entonces tendremos que ponernos bien a tope para conseguir mejores poderes y subir de nivel. Quizás no llegue a la calidad técnica de los dos anteriores, pero sí que sabe jugar bien sus cartas por lo que el combate aquí sigue encontrándose de una forma perfecta.

Si lo vuestros son los robots no tardéis en probarlo, un muy buen juego de combate donde se cambian los huesos y los músculos por el metal y el hierro.

Hemos pasado por varias apuestas bien diferentes para terminar con una que nos lleva a un combate entre ninjas y ese estilo visual tan particular en la que dos sombras se enfrentan entre si.

Esto consigue que sea más difícil saber en algún momento quienes somos de los dos luchadores, lo que le hace más interesante. Podemos personalizar a nuestro luchador con espadas, nunchakus, armaduras, poderes mágicos y más objetos con los que enfrentarnos de mejor forma al contrincante.

Un buen videojuego que tiene muchas reseñas muy positivas por lo que puede ser el mejor acompañante en este fin de semana que se nos pone por delante. Disponible gratuitamente al igual que los otros tantos de esta entrada.

Si lo vuestro son los ninjas y un estilo gráfico particular quizás sea la mejor apuesta de las cuatro, aunque realmente es difícil elegir uno.

In a sick twist of fate, the more startups and companies that offer the benefit of unlimited vacation time, the fewer days people are actually taking off. But traveling, whether short-term or for an extensive period of time, offers incredibly valuable experience that you can apply back to the job in order to become an even more treasured employee.
In fact, traveling and work performance go hand in hand. Here’s a few career skills you learn by traveling:
1. Cultural Awareness
It’s hard to really pinpoint the definition of “culture,” but it exists both in the real world and in the office. Traveling helps you become more culturally aware and sensitive, and also opens your eyes to the vast and varied cultures that are actually out there. Apply this back to your job in a number of ways—you may be doing work with clients who live abroad; you (hopefully) have colleagues who come from a number of different backgrounds; and your office likely has its very own work culture. The ability to adapt and empathize with other cultures is essential both abroad and in the office.

Toyota Bets $1 Billion On Artificial Intelligence

Toyota’s pledge of a $50 million investment on joint research centers at MIT and Stanford earlier this year was just the beginning. The Japanese manufacture announced today that is establishing an artificial intelligence research company, Toyota Research Institute (TRI), and is seeding it with a initial investment of $1 billion to be spent over the next five years.
