The HTC One M9+ will finally be announced tomorrow at a special event in China, according to previously leaked promo materials.
In the meantime however, we're treated to a couple of new images depicting the upcoming smartphone. This may actually be the last M9+ leak before the unveiling, for what it's worth.

This device has been in the news for many weeks now, through a lot of rumors and leaks, and we've already seen it from all possible angles. It should come with a 5.2-inch QHD touchscreen, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of expandable built-in storage.
Chipset-wise, we might see two different solutions – MediaTek's MT6795 for Asian markets, and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 for other countries across the world.
Anyway, everything should become clear in less than 24…

Meet the privacy activists who spy on the surveillance industry
The group acknowledges that it might seem they are taking an extremist position when it comes to privacy, but “we’re not against surveillance,” Michael Rispoli, head of PI’s communications, tells me. “Governments need to keep people safe, whether it’s from criminals or terrorists or what it may be, but surveillance needs to be done in accordance with human rights, and in accordance with the rule of law.”

¿Quién dijo que Sony tenía pensado vender su división de móviles? La compañía japonesa tiene en la recámara el anuncio de un buen conjunto de nuevos dispositivos con los que esperan tener un gran protagonismo durante la segunda parte de 2015. Si en el Mobile World Congress de Barcelona pudimos probar el Z4 Tablet y el M4 Aqua, también estamos deseando saber más sobre su nuevo flagship el Xperia Z4, e incluso del sucesor del Xperia C3, conocido en nombre en clave Cosmos.
Durante las últimas horas, la cuenta @upleaks, ha lanzado a la palestra un nuevo terminal en nombre en clave Sony Lavender, un dispositivo de gama media modelo E5503, que como principal particularidad incluye procesador MediaTek 6752 de 64 bits de 8 núcleos, un SoC que ya hemos visto en terminales como el Meizu M1 Note, el Lenovo A7000 y en otros tantos terminales chinos que cumplen una característica: su precio ronda los 200 dólares.
Parece que desde Sony quieren también parte de este pastel, y están creando un dispositivo de gama media económico, pensado para las masas, y que les permitan ganar algo más de protagonismo en mercados emergentes. La filtración también añade que este supuesto Sony Lavender traerá conectividad LTE 4G, tendrá una pantalla de 1080p y llevará Android 5 Lollipop. Una cosa es segura, Sony no se ha rendido en un sector de móviles y tabletas del que aún hay mucho en juego.

En iFixit son expertos en desmontar terminales de todo tipo, el último en pasar por sus manos ha sido el Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. Después de HTC One M9 toca turno de uno de los buques insignias de la marca coreana. En dicho trabajo realizado, iFixit nos cuenta lo complicado que es reparar el nuevo busque insignia de HTC.
Complicado de abrir y de reparar también es el teléfono inteligente de Samsung, debido a que hay materiales que cuestan mucho de sacar tal y como lo han documentado los chicos expertos en desmontarlo.
Aunque no todo son malas noticias ya que según iFixit, Samsung ha fabricado un dispositivo compacto y donde muchos de sus componentes son modulares, así de esta forma ya no será necesario quitar la pantalla para quitar otra parte del móvil, normalmente esta parte más difícil es la pantalla. Pero sin embargo, la pantalla del S6 Edge es complicada de sacar ya que está va pegada a la batería del dispositivo, haciendo una odisea sacarla sin romper el cristal del terminal.
Por otra parte podemos ver las diferentes piezas que componen el smartphone coreano. Podemos ver que aspecto tiene el procesador Exynos 7420 de 64 bits. Ver los diferentes chips de conectividad, el almacenamientos flash interno de 32 GB o los diversos sensores que tiene este Galaxy. Gracias a este desmontaje, podemos saber todo lo que tiene el interior del dispositivo. Un dispositivo que muestra que es muy Samsung fuera y dentro de él, dejando atrás chips de Qualcomm que otros hermanos menores incorporan.
Los chicos de iFixit son expertos en abrir teléfonos móviles y suelen puntar de menor a mayor puntuación si el terminal es más fácil o menos de reparar. En el caso del Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, los chicos de iFixit lo han galardonado con una puntuación de 3 sobre 10 y junto a ella, diversas imágenes y documentación de como reparar el dispositivo paso por paso.
El S6 Edge ya de por si es un terminal caro debido a la innovación y prestaciones del smartphone, pero viendo el último trabajo realizado por estos expertos del desmontaje, podemos llegar a la conclusión de que, reparar una pieza rota del terminal por otra pieza nueva va a ser muy caro. Así que aquellos que adquieran el nuevo producto de Samsung ya puede cuidarlo bien y evitar caídas innecesarias del terminal para evitar pasar por caja, aunque siempre existirá la garantía del fabricante.

Perhaps the most surprising water worlds are the five icy moons of Jupiter and Saturn that show strong evidence of oceans beneath their surfaces: Ganymede, Europa and Callisto at Jupiter, and Enceladus and Titan at Saturn. Scientists using NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope recently provided powerful evidence that Ganymede has a saltwater, sub-surface ocean, likely sandwiched between two layers of ice.
In this artist’s concept, the moon Ganymede orbits the giant planet Jupiter. The Hubble Space Telescope observed aurorae on the moon generated by Ganymede’s magnetic fields. A saline ocean under the moon’s icy crust best explains shifting in the auroral belts measured by Hubble.

Last month ZTE made the Nubia Z9 Max official alongside the Nubia Z9 Mini, but many have been wondering why the flagship Z9 itself wasn't unveiled. Apparently ZTE is still working on the Nubia Z9, and it's finally due to be announced soon.
The smartphone has leaked a lot over the past few months, and many times we've heard it would come with practically no side bezels for the screen.
Today this has been more or less confirmed by Ni Fei, general manager of the Nubia line at ZTE. The official said we should expect "no borders" for the display, along with a launch in the near future.
Unfortunately no other details have been mentioned, but past rumors did reveal a few things about ZTE's next flagship Nubia-branded handset. It should come with QHD resolution, at least 3GB of RAM, and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 chipset at the helm.
It's still unclear whether you'll ever be able to officially purchase the Nubia Z9 (or the Z9 Max or the Z9 Mini) outside of China. Since its inception, the Nubia brand has catered primarily to the needs of Chinese consumers, but perhaps it would be a good idea for it to truly go international in the future.
