Recently I got a bit bored of normal terrain generation and decided to try to figure out the custom settings so I could get it how I want. After some research and a couple hours of experimentation, I ended up with this.

The terrain tends to have a lot of wide rolling hills, with a good amount of large mountains. You'll also find a bunch of overhangs and floating islands. All of the lake, river, structure and ore settings are untouched, as well as world/ocean height. Also, this is large biomes, so set biome size to 4 if you want the default size. Here is the preset:
