How much is your life worth to hackers? On the black market, the going rate for your social security number is 10 cents. Your credit card number is worth 25 cents. But your electronic medical health record (EHR) could be worth hundreds or even thousands of dollars.

Minecraft Bi-Weekly Build Challenge #16: Skyscraper
Wow. This build blew me away when I first saw it because it went against all I said before but still worked. I've always told people to vary the block choice and colour because usually, it's so bland with one colour. The best thing Akaed does here is not vary up colour (because that didn't happen) but vary up the block choice and the depth. The depth in this build gives it some shadows which provides additional tones of colour to the build and the block choice makes it so it isn't too similar still. Great build!
Now, on the opposite side of the spectrum we have this build, which uses variation but instead of really making his build different, he makes his towns different! Each town, if you notice, has a different theme and each one is very nice. Also, in each of his villages, the buildings vary in shape and size which really made it pop at us. Good job!
This one really screamed village at us. Everywhere you looked there were houses hanging from the sides which were very nice. Also, the supports on the paths were a nice touch and made it seem realistic.
NOTE: We know he is using optifine grass here and have told him that in the future, we won't allow it but we'd let it slide for this one time so optifine (at least those grass textures) is still not allowed! And if any of you think he won because of it, it didn't affect it much. I can't speak for the other judges but for me personally, I felt the all grass blocks didn't fit as well because the ground was way too green. A bit of actual brown dirt might have been better.
Honourable mention
Look up! Do you see anything? If you don't, that will change sometime later this week!
We're building skyscrapers that go up as far as the eye can see! Whether you want to build the traditional skyscrapers, cool steampunk ones (I don't really know if that would work but who knows?!), sci-fi ones or even make a gotham city to fly around on an elytra, it's up to you!
Inspiration
Easy Mode: Construct one skyscraper that is at least 80 blocks tall. There must be a lobby to your building but besides that, there doesn't have to be any other interior (although if you want, you can).
Hard Mode: Everything in Easy Mode but now you have to build 2 others(also at least 80) that connect to each other via bridges or tunnels. Again, interiors for the lobbies of the skyscrapers but also the interior of the tunnels (if you choose them over bridges).

You know you play WAY too much Minecraft when…
You are cleaning your room (finally) and you are afraid to throw these random sticky notes you keep finding that have numbers scrawled on them because they might be a cool seed you found and wrote down a long time ago 😐

Verily’s new wearable speaks to the company’s seriousness of purpose, as well as to the importance of collecting complex, real-world data in a robust and reliable fashion. Their next goal should be involving users as participants, not subjects.
