The changes made to the wool texture were a bit controversial but most of them look great after the update. However, a few other players and I noticed that specific ones looked too contrasty and noisy. The soft feel to them had got removed since a soft material is not supposed to have highlights. Here is the after/before.
P.S. I know that this is still a snapshot and most stuff will probably get changed. This is just to get Mojang's attention on features/changes that need polishing. If you think that any of the changes should be altered in some way, write it in the comment section.

I love this game. I've been having a rough time medically, and all the problems that go along with that. I've been super stressed for 2 years.

A few days ago, I booted up minecraft just for kicks, to see what had changed since I last played in 2014. I started a new survival world, and just played. This game is really has its own style , its just so mellow and relaxed. I justed wanted to say thank you, Mojang team.

But this thread really belongs to C418, the creator of the music. It's just so calming, and it's really de-stressed me. When I used to play back in 2013/2014 I always turned the music off, I thought it was annoying. Looking at most minecraft players turn it off, and its never in youtube videos. This is a little saddening to me, it feels like one of the most enriching parts of the game, and people just cut it out. Thank you C418, for the wonderful music.
