Possible or confirmed 1.12 features include creative hotbar saving/loading, better painting selection, and updated wool textures… maybe the start of a builder’s update?
Hard to say of course, but given that those are the only confirmed features aside from a handful of small polishing features Jeb replied to on /r/minecraftsuggestions, they definitely all seem in line for a building or aesthetic theme update. I'd certainly be happy to see it!
