In Decembermanypeople turn toward self-reflection: reviewing and evaluating their lives, their jobs, and their happiness as the year winds down and considering what changes (if any) they’d like to make in the new year. Some write down a handful of resolutions for the new year in January and refer back […]

The last time those lovable losers from upstate New York made it to the postseason was 1999. You probably remember the game as “The Music City Miracle,” where the Titans inexplicably lateraled a kickoff and returned it for a touchdown with no time remaining. — Rob Tornoe

Minecraft Bi-Weekly Build Challenge #8: Santa’s Workshop
The scenery around the castle and the castle itself were very gorgeous. A great build overall. We were also judging on the battle and all of the armour stand figures, siege engines and projectiles were very well done.
Another great build. In my opinion, the castle was even better in this one than First place. However the whole battle part of this build felt a bit downsized. Some of the catapults seemed very tiny compared to the massive castle and it seemed that the whole battle part would have worked better had it been scaled up a bit or the castle scaled down. It's still a fantastic build however!
I found the whole emcampment for the invaders was a nice touch and was built very well. THe siege itself was also pretty cool. I also like the interior of the castle and the tunnels underneath. This build lacked a bit on the exterior of the castle. It seemed a bit too flat which made it seem plain. Now, if there would be a bit more to distract the eyes and stand out (stairs, slabs, etc) it would have probably looked a bit better! Great build though!
Honourable Mention(s)
We wish you a merry Christmas, we wish you a merry Christmas! It's that time of the year again and this challenge will be based off of this merry time! We are going to be building Santa's workshop (or village if you want to try hard mode!)!
Inspiration
Easy mode Build Santa's workshop! It doesn't need to have people inside it or elves but it can be done if you want. Make sure to decorate the interior and show the production line for presents!
Hard mode Along with the workshop, build Santa's village as well! In the village, there must be a couple homes (you don't need to show the interior), an ice skating rink, a train station and giant candy canes scattered in the village! Other buildings of your choice may be included.
Title of submission
Easy or hard mode
