What is a good way to screen new players for your server?
So I'm setting up a new server, but sadly it is very much relying on players following the honor system, since I have a set of rules and no good way to enforce them.
I'm wondering how I can find proper players for my server, and wanted to hear what experiences you guys have had with first impressions and how people turned out to be over time.
