With the increased importance of data management, data protection, and analytical competency, CEOs are trying a number of different methods to help their firms navigate the challenges. A common approach is to add a new position, such as the Chief Customer Officer or Chief Analytics Officer. A new role deigned to address data management, integration, and utilization challenges is the Chief Data Officer (CDO).
