HP comprará la división de impresoras de Samsung Electronics por 1,050 mdd

HP reportó que compraría la división de impresoras de Samsung Electronics por 1,050 millones de dólares, conforme la empresa coreana se deshace de algunos de sus negocios menos exitosos.

HP expresó que Samsung aceptó invertir entre 100 y 300 millones de dólares, una vez que sea completado el acuerdo, de acuerdo con Reuters.

El trato se da conforme Samsung se concentra en reformar algunas de sus divisiones, o de plano deshacerse de ellas, como parte de un proceso de reestructuración emprendido bajo el liderato de su dirigente Jay Y. Lee.
