BedJet: How A Nightmare In The Shark Tank Became A Dream Come True

Mark Aramli’s dive into ABC’s hit business reality show Shark Tank was an entrepreneur’s worst nightmare. The former NASA engineer spent a year and a half and his entire net worth plus some in developing the BedJet, a smartphone-controlled, cooling and heating device for beds. He pitched his product in a February 2015 episode, seeking $250,000 in exchange for 10% of his Newport, R.I. company. Sales kicked off sales two days after his segment aired but the product was still in the prototype phase when he taped the segment.

Facebook tendrá acceso al número de teléfono de los usuarios de Whatsapp

Whatsapp anunció que compartirá con Facebook el número de teléfono de sus usuarios, así como información acerca de la frecuencia con la que éstos utilizan el servicio de mensajería instantánea.

Whatsapp, propiedad de Facebook desde 2014, anunció este jueves un cambio en sus términos de uso y política de privacidad que contempla ese intercambio de información con la red social.

"Como una empresa filial de Facebook, en los próximos meses comenzaremos a compartir información que nos permita coordinarnos mejor y con ello mejorar la experiencia entre servicios. Ésta es una práctica típica entre compañías que son adquiridas por otras", explicó Whatsapp en un comunicado.

Los clientes de Whatsapp recibirán una notificación con los nuevos términos de privacidad, momento a partir del cual dispondrán de 30 días para aceptarlos en el caso de que deseen seguir utilizando la aplicación.

Según Whatsapp, la información será compartida con el fin de mejorar la eficacia publicitaria al presentar anuncios que sean más relevantes para los usuarios de Facebook y sugerencias para conectar con personas conocidas, además de prevenir abusos y mensajes no deseados en Whatsapp.

Esa comunicación contemplará también la posibilidad de que empresas como las compañías aéreas puedan informar vía Whatsapp sobre la cancelación de un vuelo o que un banco reporte una transacción fraudulenta.

Otras filiales de Facebook, como Instagram, también podrán usar la información de Whatsapp para "actividades diversas", como sugerir qué cuentas seguir.

Minecraft keeps crashing, requesting help.

I could not start minecraft, any version, because it always crashed ad launch, so i completely removed minecraft, downloaded new clean minecraft from mojang site, then i tried multiple versions, and it still crashed at launch, the thing is, yesterday all was working well.
