Portfolio managers are always looking for new merchandise (new IPOs). Why? Because, history shows us that some of the best performing stocks surge within the first few years of going public. 2016 has not been a particular favorable year for new IPOs but here are two IPOs that are on fire! It is interesting to note that one has stellar earnings growth and the other does not. But both stocks have an interesting story and both stocks have a small number of shares in the float. In the short term, both stocks, are very extended but could go on a watchlist for future low risk buy points.
