iOS 10 Has Two Underrated Features That Will Come In Handy

When Apple announced iOS 10 last month, some of the highlights included updates being made to the lock screen, the Photos app, the Maps app, the Messages app, a new Home app for controlling Internet of Things devices and voicemail transcriptions. But there are several nifty features that Apple did not announce on stage. Two of those features were recently discovered by developers that tested betas of iOS 10: warnings about unsecured Wi-Fi networks and wet Lightning cables.

Las ganancias de Amazon se multiplican por nueve en el segundo trimestre

Los servicios en la nube multiplicaron por nueve las ganancias de Amazon durante el segundo trimestre del año.

El gigante de internet anunció este jueves que las ganancias del periodo fueron de 857 millones de dólares (mdd), comparadas con los 92 mdd reportados en 2015.

Las ventas del grupo tecnológico aumentaron 31% a 30,400 mdd, comparados con los 23,200 mdd del segundo trimestre de 2015, anunció el gigante de las ventas en línea, cuyos resultados superaron las estimaciones de los analistas.

"Nuestros pueden verse afectados significativamente por muchos factores , tales como las fluctuaciones en los tipos de cambio , cambios en las condiciones económicas globales, el gasto de los clientes , los acontecimientos mundiales y los servicios en la nube", indicó Amazon en su reporte financiero.

Las acciones de Amazon en la Bolsa de Nueva York subieron un 1.7%, tras la publicación de sus resultados trimestrales.
