El Samsung Galaxy S7 tendrá una autonomía bestial, según los últimos rumores
Son muchos los rumores que corren acerca del Samsung Galaxy S7, un smartphone al que aún le queda por lo menos un mes para ser probablemente presentado, pero del que ya está dando muchísimo del que hablar. El Samsung Galaxy S6 recibió muchísimas críticas, algo que la compañía quiere paliar con la llegada de su nuevo dispositivo, que posiblemente veremos en el Mobile World Congress de Barcelona.
Otro nuevo rumor ha llegado gracias a un nuevo tweet de Eldar Murtazin, tal y como nos cuentan desde Teknófilo, quien ya ha filtrado varias informaciones más de una vez en otras ocasiones. Parece ser que podría esperarnos una grata sorpresa con el nuevo smartphone de Samsung, aunque todavía habrá que estar muy precavidos para saber si es algo cierto o simplemente un rayo de esperanza.
El Samsung Galaxy S7 podría tener una autonomía increíble
El rumor viene a partir de uno de los temas más importantes de los componentes de un dispositivo de estas caracteríticas: la batería. Al parecer, el Samsung Galaxy S7 podría llegar a ofrecer hasta 17 horas o más de reproducción con el nivel de brillo de la pantalla al máximo. Este tipo de reproducción, teniendo en cuenta que está el brillo al máximo, gasta mucho más que navegar por la web y utilizar cualquier otra aplicación básica.
Si esto fuera cierto, estaríamos ante una noticia espectacular, ya que hasta el día de hoy los problemas que están dando la durabilidad de la baterías son cuantiosos. Solo haría falta ver como se logra esa gestión de la batería, ya que supuestamente contará con una de 3.000 mAh y 3.600 mAh en el caso del Galaxy S7 Edge.
Otro rumores sobre el Samsung Galaxy S7
Existen otros rumores sobre el mismo smartphone, de los cuales la mayoría ya hemos hablado en otras ocasiones. Parece que el Galaxy S7 contará con un procesador Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 o el Exynos 8890. Su RAM podría ser de 4 GB, con una pantalla de 5,1 pulgadas (5,7 el Galaxy Edge, aunque podría haber sido cancelado) y una cámara de 12 megapíxeles, siendo la frontal de 5 megapíxeles. Evidentemente contaría con Android 6.0 Marhmallow.
Seguro que este nuevo móvil dará aún mucho de que hablar durante las próximas semanas. Queda por lo menos casi un mes para conocer la realidad a ciencia cierta, así que cabrá esperar hasta su presentación. ¿Qué os parece que la batería pueda tener tanta autonomía? ¿Sería un argumento de compra esencial el hecho de que la carga en el móvil pudiera durar tantas horas?

Amazon’s Record Earnings Miss Estimates, Stock Stumbles
After a blockbuster year delivering a significant improvement in profitability, investor expectations were high for Amazon‘s fourth quarter results. But the online retailer failed to meet consensus estimates for both the top and bottom line. Amazon’s net sales grew about 22% year-over-year (y-o-y) to $35.7 billion in Q4 2015, compared to Reuters’ compiled analyst expectations of $35.9 billion. Its net income more than doubled y-o-y to $482 million or $1.00 per share, but it still missed consensus estimates of $1.56 a share.

Alphabet To Post Google Earnings: Ad Revenues To Soar From Mobile, Programmatic And Video Verticals
Alphabet is set to release Google’s Q4 2015 earnings on Monday, February 1st. In Q3, the company reported that its revenues grew by over 13% year over year to $18.7 billion. However, cost-per-click, which has been declining for the past two years, continued to negatively impact growth. This decline has been largely due to the advent of smart phones that enable users to search for content through locally installed apps. As a result, advertisers are allocating less ad dollars for mobile search. Nevertheless, Google’s management continues to look for ways to improve its mobile revenues, and has recently introduced deep links for mobile apps to surface mobile content during search. Additionally, it is focusing on improving its revenues from YouTube’s video display ads and its programmatic ad platform. Therefore, in this earnings announcement, we expect the programmatic platform to once again drive revenue growth across its mobile and PC search and display ads divisions. And we expect greater clarity on nomenclature, as parent and holding-company Alphabet discusses the performance of both Google and is smaller, sister businesses.
