Armed with a dual degree in Law and Finance, Jason joined the legal department of a corporate bank as a legal assistant. Thanks to his strong work ethic and self-discipline, he had done reasonably well throughout school and college. His parents had taught him the value of sincere hard work, and over the years this had become his core strength. At work, he applied the same strength and did the best possible job on all projects or tasks assigned to him. ZUK Z1 will launch internationally in mid-October with Cyanogen OS 12.1 in tow

Less than two weeks after ZUK revealed its Z1 smartphone and said that an international release would happen “soon,” we’ve gotten a bit of a better idea of what exactly “soon” means.

Today Cyanogen announced that it is partnering with ZUK on the international release of the Z1. The phone will be released in mid-October, and when it becomes available, it’ll come pre-loaded with Cyanogen OS 12.1, based on Android 5.1.1.

One detail that we’re still missing is how much the ZUK Z1 will cost at its international launch. When it debuted in China, it was priced at RMB 1799, or around $281 USD.

The Z1 features a couple of noteworthy features. The first is a USB Type-C port that’s of the USB 3.0 variety, boasting transfer speeds of 500MB per second. Also included is a fingerprint reader build into the home button. The rest of the Z1’s spec list includes a 5.5-inch 1920×1080 display, 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, 13-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front cameras, 3GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and a 4100mAh battery.

Now that we know the international model of the Z1 will run Cyanogen OS 12.1, will you consider picking one up when it launches in October?

The day of reckoning is upon MarTech vendors as companies take a hard look at the real ROI. It?s not about nurture ads, retargeting, or predictive analytics in and of themselves. Instead, marketers must prove to their CEOs and Boards ROI ? how much revenue came or how faster the sales cycle is from the technology. If the investment can?t be tied back to quantifiable revenue the odds are high that the particular Cloud application will not be renewed.
