I remember when Google+ launched. The level of excitement about it, especially in the tech community, was incredibly high. Twitter was liked, but not a part of people’s lives in the same way Facebook was, and still is. At the time though Facebook was annoying to use on a mobile device and Google knew how to do mobile in a much more impressive way.

OnePlus 2 is yet to make its way to consumers' hands, but the folks over at it168.com have grabbed a hold of one, and have given it their customary teardown treatment. Now, it would have been easier, if the captions were in English, but regardless, it's always fun to look at a disassembled piece of tech.
As we all know, the OnePlus 2 is powered by the Snapdragon 810 chipset and comes with LPDDR4 RAM, either 3GB or 4GB, depending on the variant.
While there's no mention of fast charging in the smartphone's official specs, the teardown reveals the circuitry is there – expectedly, given that it's part of the S810's architecture.
Perhaps most interestingly, the camera sensors in use are supplied by OmniVision. The primary imager is the 13MP OV13860 with 1/2.6" diagonal and 1.3 x 1.3 micron photosites, while the front camera relies on a 5MP OV5648 sensor with even larger 1.4 micron pixels.

For those that care, the cellular modems are SKY77814 and RF7389EU, and Wi-Fi is taken care of by Qualcomm's QCA6164 chip. The audio chip is TFA9890, courtesy of Dutch semiconductor manufacturer NXP.
Of course, the components only tell half the story, and it's a lot more important how the smartphone performs as a package – something we're looking forward to finding out, once we get a review unit of our own.

Una de las mayores alegrías del pasado Google I/O fue el lanzamiento de la nueva versión de Android llamada “M” en versión de pruebas para desarrolladores, disponible para determinados terminales de la gama Google Nexus.
Esta prematura versión de Android ha ido evolucionando con todo el empeño, tiempo y ganas que han puesto los desarrolladores de Google hasta lograr la segunda Developer Preview para madurar cuanto antes y lograr a tiempo la versión final de esta, no sin antes pasar por la tercera versión.
Hace unas horas, directamente desde la comunidad en Google+, Wojtek Kaliciński ha anunciado de forma oficial que Android M Developer Preview 3 no llegará a tiempo y no estará disponible hasta nuevo aviso.
Queremos que esta sea una versión muy cercana de la final para probar las aplicaciones, pero necesitamos un poco más de tiempo para publicarla. Por favor, sé paciente y abstenerse de publicar especulaciones referente a la fecha de lanzamiento en la comunidad. Vamos a anunciar la Preview 3 aquí y en Android Developers en cuanto esté lista para su uso.
El lanzamiento estaba previsto antes de terminar julio, pero inevitablemente no ha sido así por determinados motivos de peso que han puesto la soga al cuello a los desarrolladores y no han podido sacarla a tiempo. Claro que nos gustaría tenerla cuanto antes, pero si resulta positivo para todos no importan algunos días más.
Algo importante que no podemos pasar por alto es el detalle que mencionan referente a la Developer Preview 3 como versión muy similar a la final. Esto se debe, y basándonos en la línea de tiempo, Android M estaría en un punto bastante maduro y prácticamente sería muy similar a la versión final que aparecería supuestamente con los nuevos terminales Google Nexus.
Son malas noticias pero nada que no tenga solución. En cuestión de días o incluso horas seguro que conocemos más novedades al respecto y porqué no, el enlace de descarga de la Preview 3 de Android M.
