LG muestra sus 4 nuevos teléfonos Android para la gama media

En esta mañana, LG ha anunciado 4 nuevos teléfonos dentro de lo llamado como gama media. Cada uno de los 4 está disponible en una variante en 3G y otra en 4G LTE. Una nueva apuesta de la compañía coreana con 4 nuevos dispositivos que intentarán contentar a los diferentes usuarios que se pueden encontrar cuando adquieren un teléfono de estas características y este precio.

El LG Joy tiene una pantalla de 4 pulgadas con una resolución de 480 x 800, el LG Leon la pantalla pasa a ser de 4.5 pulgadas con resolución de 480 x 854, y el LG Spirit y LG Magna tienen unas mismas dimensiones de 4.7 pulgadas con resolución 720 x 1280. El punto central de LG para vender estos nuevos 4 dispositivos es lo bien balanceados que están en cuanto al precio y las especificaciones, lo que llamaríamos como relación calidad precio.

LG Joy

LG Joy se caracteriza por una pantalla de 4 pulgadas con resolución 480 x 800, un procesador dual-core o quad-core a 1.2 GHz. Según la región donde vaya a ser vendido, podría tener un almacenamiento de 8 GB o 4 GB, mientras que la cámara trasera pasaría por ser una de 5 MP mientras la frontal de 3 MP. La batería de 1900 mAh para mantener todo encendido durante un día.

Llegamos al LG Leon con una pantalla de 4.5 pulgadas con resolución 480 x 854, y aquí cambiará la velocidad de la CPU desde lo que es 1.2 GHz o 1.3GHz para un quad-core dando todo el potencial de proceso al terminal. En cuanto al almacenamiento interno 8 GB y en la cámara trasera una de 8MP o 5MP que cambiará según la zona donde esté disponible. Podemos contar como característica especial de este terminal que las teclas de encendido y volumen están localizados en la parte trasera. Una batería de 1900 mAh como el último componente por conocer.

LG Spirit y LG Magna

4.7 pulgadas de pantalla con resolución 720 x 1280 para el Spirit con un procesador a 1.2 GHz o un quad-core a 1.3 GHz. Almacenamiento interno de 8 GB y una batería de 2100 mAh para alargar todo el día el uso del terminal. Una cámara trasera de 8 MP, mientras la centrada en las selfis una de 5MP. Este modelo sigue al LG León en cuanto a la disposición de las teclas de encendido y volumen. El LG Magna tiene las mismas especificaciones aunque con una batería de mayor capacidad de 2540 mAh.

Estos 4 terminales contarán con las características en el software de la gama alta de LG como es Glance View o el uso de gestos para poner un tiempo para realizar la selfi. En cuanto lo que es el precio no tenemos conocimiento de ello todavía, aunque estarán disponibles en ciertos mercados para esta misma semana.

16GB OnePlus One Silk White announced in India for $306

Chinese phone market OnePlus has announced new 4G 16GB OnePlus One Silk White version for the Indian market at Rs 18,999 ($306). The new Silk White version will go on sale exclusively at Amazon India from February 24.

As reported earlier, OnePlus will sell the One without invite on every Tuesday in India and February 24 happens to be a Tuesday.

Except the 16GB storage difference, the Silk White One has the same specs as the 64GB Sandstone Black model. Do note that there is no memory expansion slot in the either models. Also, the 64GB Sandstone Black One is priced at Rs 21,999 ($354) for India.

Silk White One is set to compete with the recently announced Xiaomi Mi4 at Rs 19,999 ($320) in the Indian market.

This is the most revealing Samsung Galaxy S6 teaser yet

The latest Samsung Galaxy S6 teaser gives us the best look at the upcoming smartphone to date. A T-Mobile US sign-up page with the punchline 'Six Appeal' gives us a close look at the right side of the handset.

The clearly visible metal body and curved display suggest that we are looking at the Edge variant of the Korean giant’s next flagship. A number of leaks have already suggested that Samsung will reveal two versions of the Galaxy S6.

LG Magna, Spirit, Leon and Joy mid-rangers go official

LG announced a quartet of mid-range smartphones ahead of MWC. LG Magna, Spirit, Leon and Joy will be showcased in Barcelona next week alongside the LG Watch Urbane smartwatch.

The newcomers will be available in 3G or LTE variants. The LTE models will feature distinctive metallic back covers.

LG Magna is the leader of the pack. It features quad-core CPU (1.2GHz or 1.3GHz depending on the market), 1GB of RAM, 8GB of expandable memory, and 5″ 720p display. An 8MP main camera (5MP for 3G model) and Android 5.0 Lollipop round up the highlights in the device’s specs.

Physical measures of LG Magna are 139.7 x 69.9 x 10.2mm. A 2,540mAh battery powers the smartphone.

LG Spirit packs similar specs as the Magna, but in a smaller form factor thanks to a 4.7″ 720p display and 2,100mAh battery. The device’s measures are 133.3 x 66.1 x 9.9mm.

LG Leon packs similar internals as it larger siblings, 4.5″ FWVGA display, and 1,900mAh battery. Its measures are 129.9 x 64.9 x 10.9mm.

With 4″ WVGA display, the LG Joy is the smallest from the bunch. It features quad-core or dual-core CPU depending on market, 1GB of 512MB of RAM, and 8GB or 4GB of expandable memory. The device will ship with Android 5.0 or Android 4.4.

LG Joy’s measures are 122.7 x 64.0 x 11.9mm. It offers the same 1,900mAh battery as the LG Leon.
