Todos conocemos la guerra de patentes que tienen Apple y Samsung. También sabréis que Samsung fabrica algunos de los componentes de los dispositivos de los de Cupertino. Ahora, según un informe de Digitimes, Samsung fabricará los procesadores A9 de próxima generación de Apple.
Aunque se espera que el iPhone 6 llegue al mercado con un procesador A8, además de la próxima generación de tablets iPad del fabricante estadounidense, los chicos de Apple ya piensan en su nuevo chip. Y Samsung se encargará de parte de la producción.
El fabricante con sede en Seúl no será el único encargado de la nueva generación de procesadores de Apple, GlobalFoundries e Intel también participarán en la producción de los A9, que seguramente hará latir al próximo iPhone 7.
Para ello el gigante coreano utilizará su fábrica en Nueva York donde se estima que tendrá una capacidad de producción de 60.000 procesadores al mes. Mientras tanto parece ser que Apple está negociando con Qualcomm para que se una al proceso de producción.
Es evidente que, por mucha guerra de patentes que haya, poderoso caballero es don dinero. Y lo entiendo. Me da igual las peleas que pueda tener con otro fabricante, si me sale rentable hacer tratos con la competencia, ¿por qué no lo voy a hacer?

Hace bien poco estábamos hablando de las virtudes del nuevo terminal Xperia Z2, el actual buque insignia de la compañía nipona, el cual de momento es el terminal más importante de Sony hasta que aparezca el siguiente Xperia Z3, del cual hoy mismo tenemos la primera filtración y que viene acompañado en ella por el Z3 Compact.
Como ya sabemos, Sony lanza dos productos estrella cada año distinguiéndose en este sentido de sus competidores directos como LG, Samsung o HTC. Una práctica que tiene sus ventajas pero sus contras, ya que en menos de 18 meses ya pueden haber salido dos nuevos modelos con la consiguiente tardanza en las actualizaciones para ciertos modelos. De todas formas, Sony está sabiendo encontrar la llave para traer nuevas características a estos nuevos modelos tal como sucederá con el nuevo Z3.
Alrededor de septiembre cuando tenga lugar la feria IFA, el sucesor al Xperia Z2 aparecerá ante nosotros para llevarnos más calidad si cabe a un teléfono del cual ya tenemos una imagen disponible y que viene acompañado en ella del próximo Xperia Z3 Compact.
Aquí seguimos viendo la misma línea continuista del diseño de los previos Xperia Z, Xperia Z1 y Xperia Z2. En la imagen del Xperia Z3 y Xperia Z3 Compact los tenemos a la izquierda a los dos juntos, y en la de la derecha al propio Z3. Destaca el bisel más estrecho que en los anteriores modelos Xperia acercándose a lo que ofrecen los propios G2 y G3 al usar un mayor espacio disponible para la pantalla.
Por lo demás, aparte de las imágenes poco podemos saber más, así que tendremos que esperar a que vayan surgiendo más filtraciones como esta para ir conformando los nuevos dos terminales Xperia Z3 y Xperia Z3 Compact. Seguiremos atentos a todas las novedades concernientes a la nueva generación de la gama Xperia que sigue con el mismo esquema en el diseño que los anteriores.

We live in a society that lives in pictures. For better or worse, capturing the moment is a ubiquitous pastime. So, if you’re gonna do something, you might as well do it well. For image capture, a good photo editor can take “doing it well” to “doing it great.” But which one to use?
There are lots of services out there that can help you Instagram your best selfie to the world. This past week, I’ve been using a free little app called Fotor to improve (or seriously mess up for the lulz) my images.
The first thing I did when I installed the app was take a picture of myself and apply every possible feature on top of each other. Obviously. Here’s that handiwork:
I look good. And from that moment, I was pretty hooked on Fotor.
This app is loaded with features. I really did not expect this much functionality from a free app. I’m too lazy to list out every single thing you can do with this app, but just trust me that it’s a whole hell of a lot. You can manually adjust the levels and curve or use preset filters, stickers and effects to customize your images. You can even adjust how heavily a filter or effect is applied.
The shooter software Fotor includes is full of options, too. You can set the shutter to voice activation or use the big button. You can apply a grid to the preview image. There’s a stabilizer and burst mode and a timer. Basically, whatever setup you like in a shooter, you can probably achieve it with this app.
The UI is clean, simple and easy to understand. You can access photos taken within Fotor or stored in your albums to edit. Once you’ve finished editing a photo, you’re prompted to share your image via your service of choice or return to the home screen. Pretty easy. Your mom could figure it out.
I didn’t like the experience of using the Fotor camera as much as I liked the stock camera app. The Fotor camera felt laggier and the processing time on Burst mode was substantial. That’s only a minor annoyance, because you can always capture the image with whatever shooter experience you prefer and edit the images using Fotor after the fact. So, whatever. You can’t always have it all, and you already get a lot out of this free app.
Fotor is clearly targeting a younger crowd, based on some of these stickers. It would be super cool if you could import your own stickers to use with Fotor. But for now, the included collection is extensive and pretty fun.
This is a fully loaded free app that is pleasing to the eye and easy to use. I would tell my real friends to use this app. So, do it. Go play with the app. Be cool like me and make yourself look like some kind of jacked-up minion from Despicable Me. Then post the results in the comments section. How fugly can you make your face?

¿Qué nos gusta tanto de Hay Day aparte de su jugabilidad, buenos gráficos y saber hacer? sin toda duda las actualizaciones que suelen lanzar cada mes o dos meses trayendo nuevo contenido como el que nos ofrecen en esta nueva versión. Algodón como un nuevo tipo de planta que podremos sembrar para recoger y así poder usarla en la máquina de coser para crear más tipos de ropa, que es la otra interesante y nueva incorporación en la nueva actualización de Hay Day que ya tenéis disponible en la Play Store para su descarga.
Y, para dar la bienvenida al verano Hay Day se viste de gala para este periodo estival ofreciendo unos accesorios bien divertidos a todos los animales que tengáis en la granja. Otra gran novedad es la posibilidad de poder filtrar la decoración para poder encontrarla más fácil en el menú pertinente. Y, para aquellos que tengáis ya vuestro propio pueblo podréis encontrar ahora los cofres del tesoro que os esperan con grandes regalos dentro de ellos a la vez que podréis buscarlos en los pueblos de vuestros amigos.

Hasta ahora habíamos visto más bien poco del diseño del ZTE Nubia Z7, el nuevo caballo de batalla del fabricante asiático. Pero tras la última filtración por fin vemos cómo será este esperado smartphone chino.
Destacan sus biseles delgados, al estilo del LG G3 y el cuerpo de aluminio como el del HTC One M8. Ya sabíamos que ZTE estaba poniendo toda la carne en el asador con su nuevo smartphone, y ahora podemos confirmar que su diseño es realmente atractivo. Pero a qué precio.
Y es que los últimos rumores apuntan a que el Nubia Z7 costará alrededor de 560 dólares, 409 euros al cambio, un precio un tanto excesivo para el mercado de China. Sí, es cierto que tiene unas prestaciones increíbles, pero el precio me parece excesivo.
Recordemos que este dispositivo tendrá una pantalla de 5.5 pulgadas con resolución 1080, además de una CPU Snapdragon 805, 2 GB de RAM y 16 GB de almacenamiento interno. Su cámara trasera será de 8 megapíxeles, mientras que la frontal se quedará en 5 megapíxeles.
Como viene siendo habitual en los modelos de la compañía, el ZTE Nubia Z7 tendrá soporte para dos tarjetas SIM, además de conexión LTE y Android KitKat bajo el brazo. En definitiva, un terminal muy potente pero a un precio excesivo.
¿Por qué? Muy sencillo: tenemos a fabricantes como Xiaomi que te presentan terminales con las mismas prestaciones a mitad de precio. Veremos si finalmente el Nubia Z7 costará 560 dólares en China, por que no me cuadra, la verdad.
