McKinsey predicts the IoT market will be worth $581B for ICT-based spend alone, growing at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) between 7 and 15%. Software infrastructure and applications will be 37% of overall IoT spend by 2020, with Solutions Services a close second with 30% of global spending.
