Back in the mid-90s, Sunrise re-visited the main conflict in the original ‘Mobile Suit Gundam’ in a big and very different way. Instead of focusing on the space based combat during the One Year War, the ’08th MS Team’ was instead based on Earth in the depth of the jungles in Southeast Asia.
