Cable-TV giant Viacom made two big purchases last winter, in VidCon and WhoSay. Now, with VidCon about to launch its annual show, we’re starting to see the fruits of a strategy to connect to young audiences that no longer watch Viacom’s iconic networks such as Nickelodeon, MTV and Comedy Central.
