As this June is the 40th anniversary of ‘Space Invaders’, celebrated in part by the PC release of ‘Space Invaders Extreme’, I was lucky enough to catch up with the game’s original creator Tomohiro Nishikado as well as Hiroshi Aoki, who worked on the newer ‘Extreme’ to talk about the game’s legacy.
