Could you guys put up an official blog post on Minecraft.net with a resource pack that contains all of the pre-1.12 textures? I know we can easily make such a pack ourselves, but releasing such a pack is technically against the licence so that's not preferable. An official way to support the okd textures would be great for people who aren't thrilled with the changes.

An alternative would be a pre-installed resource pack that comes with the update, but that would double the texture files needed to download the game, so that could be a slight issue.
