With the new "World of Color Update," brings Dyed Beds. Seeing as Evokers will convert Blue Sheep into Red Sheep, I thought it would be interesting if Evokers converted Blue Beds into Red Beds.

Some people might say it would be annoying, but not really. As long as your bed is in an area that can't be reached by Evokers, you're fine.

Blue Beds being converted into Red Beds by Evokers could also provide some unique Redstone mechanics with Observer blocks.

This doesn't serve too much purpose besides being a fun and interesting feature. I love small, simple features like this and this would definitely shock players if they saw this.
